Divide group into teams of 6-8 athletes of mixed gender, strength, size, and fitness levels.
Set up two C2 Rowers or Ski Ergs right next to each other. Each team gets two machines, working simultaneously.
“Half Marathon Row/Ski” (21,097m)
Each player works for 45-50s and rests while other players go.
During “rest” alternate between 10x Push-up and 20x Split Jump
i.e. 10x Push-ups after first rest and 20x Split Jumps during second rest, etc.
Each machine must complete 10,550m to stop the clock.
Time cap is 50 minutes.
