10/10 Arm Circles
2×5 Band Tears
2×5 Weighted Dislocates, slow
15m Lunge + Backward Reach 
15m Inchworm Hollows, 3 sec hold
3×5 KBS/Goblet Squat, climbing
2×10 Shoulder Taps
3×3 Strict Pull-ups
Then:
Mobility:
T-Spine
Couch Stretch, 2x30s
Then:
Conditioning:
4×3 KB Windmills, climbing
Then:
2-4-6-8-10 TGU @ 45/30
24-20-18-16-14 Split Jumps
Between each round perform 30x Shoulder Taps
First round looks like…
2x TGU +
24x Split Jumps +
30x Shoulder Taps
Second round looks like…
4x TGU +
20x Split Jumps +
30x Shoulder Taps, etc.
Then:
4x (15/15) Mountain Climbers, “rest” in FLR
Rest 2:00, repeat
Then:
Cool Down
