15m Inchworm Hollow, 3 sec hold
3×3 Strict Pull-ups
Then:
Mobility:
T-Spine
Then:
Conditioning:
“FYF”
25-1 KBS @ 50/40 + 1-25 DB Push Press @ 2×30/20

29x KBS + 2x DB Push Press
28x KBS + 3x DB Push Press, etc.
Every 5:00 run 300m
Then:
