Switch every 3os
Rest while others go
During “rest” rotate through the following:
1. 10x Push-ups
2. 12x Reverse Goblet Lunges
3. 2x TGU
4. 15x Jump Squats
For time
Then:

4×6 “Koji” Bench Press
Then:
3×3 Bench Press, AHAP
Then:
6x Push Press +
6x “Tempo” DB Rows @ 3030
3 sets
Then:
3×10 “TWY” + OHS Combo
Then:
