Rest 2:00, 3 sets
Then:
EMOM x 12, Grip-Emphasis
1. 12x Double-Overhand Axle Deads, AHAP
2. 12x DB “Crawl-Pinch” Step-ups @ 12-20″, AHAP
3. 40s Dead Hang from Pull-up Bar
Then:
10-1 Side Plank Breathing Ladder
10 breathes right + 10 breathes left
9 breathes right + 9 breathes left, etc.
The slower the better
Then:
Cool Down
