90s rest between stations

Glute or shoulder activation work
Then:
Option 1:
3×6 Strict Press, across
Then, with best Strict Press load…
EMOM x 10
5x Push Press
Then, also with that load…
100x Floor Press
Each drop = 15x Deadlifts
Then:
