8-10x Goblet Squats @ 4020 tempo +

WEIGHTLIFTING
Snatch Complex
Then:
Snatch + BTN Push Press + OHS – 15 minutes
Then:
Power Clean + 2x Front Squat + Hang Clean – 15 minutes
Then:
Pressing warm-up
Then:
Power Clean + 2x Push Press + Push Jerk – 15 minutes
Then:
6×1 Paused (5 sec) Back Squat, climbing
Then:
4×12 Snatch-Grip Bent-Over Rows
Then:
Bulletproof Shoulder Series x 2
