GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of three, one player working at a time:
0-6: 300m Run* + M.E. Calories, any machine
6-12: 300m Run + M.E. Deadlifts @ 155/115
12-18: 300m Run + M.E. Wall Ball @ 20/14
18-24: 600m Sandbag Carry, anyhow. Switch the bag as needed. If there’s any time left, rest.
24-30: 300m Run + M.E. Calories, same machine
30-36: 300m Run + M.E. Deadlifts @ 155/115
36-42: 300m Run + M.E. Wall Ball @ 20/14
*Run together
All for time
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Work up to a heavy set of three Strict Press
Then, with a significantly lighter load…
3×5 Tempo Strict Press @ 4040 tempo
Then:
5-1 Thruster Ladder (from rack)
Increase the load each set
On the final rep of each set drop the bar and do M.E. BB Rows with strict form
Then:
Bulletproof Cap Series x 2
