T-Spine
Then:
“CV Primer”
EMOM x 12
1. 10x Burpees
2. 12x KBS
3. 12/8 Calories, any machine
Then:
Dumbbell “DT”
Males @ 2×50, Females @ 2×30
12x DB Deads +
9x DB Hang Power Cleans +
6x DB Shoulder-to-Overhead
5 rounds
Between each round of DT accumulate 1:00 L-Sit (either on KBs or Boxes)
Then:
3xM.E. sets of DB Floor Press, same load as DT (time permitting)
