P2 KB Rack Hold for the duration of Row
P3 Rest

10′ AMRAP
P1 10x KB Deads, AHAP + 20m Farmer’s Carry
P2 Wall Sit for the duration of Deads and Carries
P3 Rest

Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
Work up to a heavy 7 on Close-Grip Bench Press
Then, with that load…
3xM.E. Standard-Grip Bench Press
Then:
4×6 “DeadRow”
Then:
5×10 Push-ups, matrix-style.
Then:
Rotator Cuff Work
