WEIGHTLIFTING
Snatch Complex
Then:
Power Snatch + Snatch Balance + High-Hang Snatch – 15 minutes
Then:
3×3 Snatch Pulls @ 100-110%
Then:
Power Clean + 2x Front Squats + High-Hang Clean – 15 minutes
Then:
5×3 Back Squats, climbing
Then:
8-10x Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Row, Super Strict +
1:00 Chinese Plank
3-4 sets
Then:
Cool Down
