In teams of three…
10′ AMRAP
50x Sandbag Cleans @ 150/100 + Max Calorie Assault Bike
Then:
10′ AMRAP
150x Bar-Facing Burpees + Max Reps Deadlifts @ 185/135
Then:
10′ AMRAP
1500m Ski + Max Reps Wall Ball @ 20/14

 

 

 

STRENGTH
3×8 Bulgarian Split Squats, go for the stretch
Then:
2x (7-5-3) Front Squat Waves
Rest plenty between sets
Then:
4x (20/10) Slideboard Hamstring Curls
Rest 2:00, repeat once
Then:
3×16 Stir-the-Pots

It was interesting and entertaining watching everyone work the sandbag today. For some strength was the issue. For others mobility was lacking. And for some it was purely a matter of coordination. Just goes to show each of us has our own unique set of challenges in the gym. But once identified these challenges are valuable opportunities to progress. Janet throwing the 80 around like a feather.
