3×12 Deficit RDLs, light and go for the stretch
Then:
5×5 Sumo Deadlift, climbing
Then:
“Bob’s Beach Body WOD”
20′ AMRAP
60x KB Rack Reverse Lunges, AHAP +
60x DB Z-Presses @ 2×30/20 +
60x BB Biceps Curls @ 45/35 +
60x Strict Push-ups
Then:
