GENERAL FITNESS
“10,000 Excuses”
In teams of two…
Option 1:
10,000m Row, switch as you see fit

Option 2:
9,000m Ski Erg, switch as you see fit

Option 3:
650/500 Calorie Air Assault Bike, switch as you see fit
Regardless of option every 5:00 perform 30x Wall Ball
For time. 45 minute cap
Then:
Fall Down

 

 

STRENGTH
Athlete chooses one major lift (other than your strength cycle lift)
Strict Press
Bench Press
Front Squat
Deadlift (or Sumo)
Then:
Establish a 10RM, 6RM, 2RM in that one lift
Then:
4×4 KB Curtis Ps (2x Rev. Lunge + Clean + STO), climbing
Then:
3×8 Nordic Curls, try for a 4-6s eccentric
