10:00 – 30:00        20 Team Rounds of 5x Pull-up + 10x HR Push-up + 20x Split Jumps for time
30:00 – 40:00        2500m Row or Ski Erg for time
Each block is scored separately
Then:

3×5 One-Arm Banded KB Strict Press, across
Then:
KB Deads + Strict Dips (rings or stationary)
25/5, 20/10, 15/15, 10/20, 5/25
Slow and steady
Then:
10x DB Powell Raises (on bench) +
10x Seated DB External Rotation (on floor)
2-3 sets
Then:
