GENERAL FITNESS
15m Bear Crawl every 30s for 5:00 minutes
Alternate between Forward Bear Crawl and Reverse Bear Crawl
Then:
Review KB Snatch technique
Then:
Every 4:00 for 20:00
15x Wall Ball @ 20/14 +
24x KB Snatch @ 40/30 (6:6) OR 20x KBS @ 55/40
40x Walking Lunges (25 reps each leg) @ BW. Back knee should make contact with the floor each rep.
Then:
2x (1-3) Wall Walk Ladders, 2-3 player teams

 

 

 

STRENGTH
3×10 Alternating Single-Leg RDLs (mostly to unwind the hips and warm-up)
Then:
Front Squat Mobility – 5 minutes
Then:
5×4 Front Squats, climbing
Then, with your final load
2×2 Paused (5 sec) Front Squat
Then:
15′ AMRAP
With a pair of DBs, AHAP:
8x DB RDL +
8x DB Strict Press
10x Alternating Reverse Lunges +
M.E. Clapping Push-Ups
Then:
Cool Down
