120x KB Deadlift “buy-in” (Coach chooses load)
Then:
360 Calories, any machine
P1 Work for 1:00 minute
P2 KB Deadlift Hold at the top for duration of P1’s turn
P3 15x HR Push-ups
Then:
“Cash out” with 120x Burpee/KB Hops
All for time

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Front Squat Mobility Prep, 5-8 mins.
Then:
3×10 Front Squats, across
Then, with 20% less load do a M.E. set
Reduce the load another 10% and do another M.E. set
Then:
Work up to a nearly 6RM Strict Press
Reduce the load 10% and do 3xM.E. sets
Then:
4×5 Pendlay Rows
Then:
Cool Down
