15x KB Deadlifts, AHAP

M.E. Burpee/Broad Jumps in 60s (6′ jump each rep)

Then:
“Nice Kelly”
200m Run +
30x Wall Ball @ 20/14 +
30x Box Jumps @ 24/17″
5 rounds
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
Banded Glute Warm-up
Then:
5×3 Deadlifts, climbing to AHAP
Then:
5 sets of Max Pull-ups, any grip
Between each set do 30s Superman Hold
Then:
100x BB Curls @ 45/35 in as few sets as possible
Then:
Cool Down
