GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of two…
35′ AMRAP
8x KB Thrusters, athletes choose load
6x Box Jumps +
11x Calories, any machine
Continuous run with sandbag @ 60/40
Max reps (each round = 25 reps)
Here’s how it will works:
Player one performs the 8-6-11 circuit above. While that’s happening, player two runs 250m with a sandbag. When player two returns from the run, player one grabs the sandbag and does their 250m run. Meanwhile, player two continues the circuit where player one left off.
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Banded Glute Warm Up
Then:
Work Up to a 5RM Back Squat
Then:
3 Sets – AHAP
12 BB Cyclist Squats
12 Double KB Swings
12 Reverse Lunges
Then:
Glutes
