GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of 4…
10,000m Row, 9000m Ski Erg (switch every 20 pulls) or 600/400 Calories on Assault Bike (switch every 30s)
During “rest” alternate between the following activities:
1. 12x Wall Ball
2. 10x HR Push-ups
3. 12x American KBS @ 53/35
4. 150m Run
Rotate until distance/work is complete.
For time
60′ Cap
Then:
Cool Down

Super proud of this guy. He climbed himself into the top ten with one more workout to go tomorrow. He’s been focused, efficient, and strategic. Best part is, he’s no where near his potential.
