Then:
Find a weight that is heavy for 10 reps in the Bench Press
Then, with that same weight across
8x Bench Press +
4x Strict Pull Ups (2x ring rows)
3 sets
Right into…
6x Bench Press
6x Pull Ups
3 sets
Right into…
4x Bench Press +
8x Pull Ups
Then, in time remaining
Accumulate 3-mins in a Double KB Overhead Hold (can use DB if need to)
53/35 for the Elite athletes, scale from there
Every drop = 6x Push Ups
