GENERAL FITNESS
Warm-up with Coach Chris – 8 minutes
Then:
250m Run +
2 rounds of 5x DH Pull-ups + 20x H2H KBS, AHAP + 20x KB Toe-Taps
100′ Bear Crawl (50′ out, 50′ back) +
60s Rest
2 sets
Then:
In teams of three…
1-Mile Farmer’s Carry (Farmer Bars, DBs, Hex Bars, etc.), coach chooses load
Switch as needed. Each switch do 5x Team Burpees
NOT for time
Then:
