20x Toes Taps +
20s Rest
Then:
4x(30-40s) Handstand Holds (Toes-n-Nose if possible)
Rest while partners go
Then:
10x Strict Push-ups (scale up to Dips) +
15x Double KBS +
20x Lunges (scale up to OH plate lunge)
15′ AMRAP
Then:

Axle Strict Press

*Must be cleaned from the floor
Then:
4′ AMRAP
100′ Odd Object Carry (sandbag, yoke, keg) +
200′ Sprint
Rest fully, repeat
Then:
30x Rope Pull-ups, partition as needed

 

 

 

WEIGHTLIFTING
Snatch Complex
Then:
Snatch Balance
2-2-2-2, climbing
Then:
3RM Hang Snatch, 15-minutes
Then:
Clean Complex with Presses
Then:
Power Clean + 2x Hang Clean, 15-20 minutes
Then:
Practice Paused (3 sec) Jerks, 10-15 minutes
Then:
Back Squat
2x (5-3-1)
Then:
30x Rope Pull-ups, partition as needed
