GENERAL FITNESS
Every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes (3 sets):
Row/Ski 500 Meters
15x Burpees
20x DB Box Step-Ups @ 2×30/20
Run 400 Meters
Then:
50x Ab Mat Sit-ups +
50x Supermans +
40/40 Side Plank
2-3 sets
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRONGMAN
Warm-up with Tire Flips
2×100′ Tire Flips (single or partner)
Then:
0-10: 15x Sandbag Squats, AHAP
10-20: 20x Alt. Far DB Snatch, AHAP
20-30: 10x Burpees over the Yoke
30-40: 12x Axle Press, AHAP
Then:
Cool Down
