GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of two perform the following:
Partition work as you see fit
500m Rogue Sled Drag @ 200/150, switch (switch every 150m)
2500/2200m Ski Relay
200x KBS @ 60/45 (P1 works, P2 FLR)
200x Sledgehammer Strikes
120x Burpee/Step-ups @ 20/17″
12x (6 each) 100′ Sandbag Bear Hug Carries
Then:
Cool Down
