P1 5x Wall Walks
P2 Rest
5 rounds
Then:
P1 20x Split Jumps
P2 Rest
5 rounds
Then:
P1 150m Sprint
P2 Rest
5 rounds
Then:
P1 7x Body Blasters (Burpee + Pull-up + T2B = 1 rep) or 10x Target Burpees
P2 Rest
5 rounds
Then:
2000m Ski/Row OR 150/120 Calorie Assault Bike
Switch every 20 pulls or 30 sec
All for time, 40′ cap
Then:
Fall Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
3×5 Cuban Press + 5-10 Slow Push Ups
-then-
Bench Press
FInd a weight that is heavy for 8 reps
-then with that same weight across-
3 sets
6 Bench Press
3 Strict Pull Ups (2x ring rows)
-into-
3 sets
5 Bench Press
5 Pull Ups
-into-
3 sets
3 Bench Press
6 Pull Ups
(Can add weight to pull-ups)
-Then with time remaining-
Accumulate 3 mins in a double KB Overhead hold (can use DB if need to)
-53/35 or scale from there
-Every drop is 6 Push Ups
