2 minute Circuit*
3 minute Row
4 minute Circuit
5 minute Row (15/15)
6 minute Circuit
7 minute Row (15/15)
8 minute Circuit
9 minute Row (15/15)
10 minute Circuit
*Circuit = 20x OH Plate/Farmer’s Lunges + 15x KBS @ 53/35 + 10x Push-ups + 5x Pull-ups
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Glute activation
Then:
3×5 BB Good Mornings
Then:
Work up to a heavy-ish 5-rep Deadlift
Then, with that load…
EMOM x8
3x Deadlifts
Then:
1-Minute Sandbag Hold +
20x DB Lunges
4 rounds
Then:
3×10 SL Glute Bridges (each side)
