GENERAL FITNESS
A brief warm-up
Then:
In teams of two…
1.5 mile run, together
500m Sled Drag (switch every time a player breaks) @ 4 plates, 3 plates
2000m Ski, switch every 20 pulls
200x KBS @ 70/45 (P1 swings while P2 does a FLR)
100x Burpee/Step-ups @ 24/20″
All for time
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
3×5 Cuban Press
3×5 Band Tears, make it hard
-then-
Bench Press
Work up to a 2RM
-then-
4 Sets
10x DB Floor Press
10x DB Bent over rows
-then-
3 Sets
BB “21s” 7 reps halfway up, 7 reps top half of ROM, then 7 full reps
Between each set do M.E. Triangle Push-ups
Then:
Cool Down
