Record total reps
Then:

3×5 Cuban Press
3×5 Bent-Over Reverse Flyes
Then:
4×12 Strict Press @ approx 50%
Between each set do 5x Negative Pull-ups (add load if possible)
Then:
10x Alt. D Floor Press +
10x BB Biceps Curls
3 sets
Then:
3×12 Seated DB External Rotation
