Bottoms-up KB
Plate
Between each set perform 30s L-Hang
Then:

Banded Glute Activation
Then:
Axle Bar Deadlifts
3×5 Double Overhand, climbing
3×10 Mixed Grip, climbing
Then:
10x Double KB Front Rack Reverse Lunges +
10x Double KBS
3 sets
Then:
10x Hollow Body Rocks +
10x V-ups +
10x Tuck-ups +
10s Hollow Body Rock
Rest 1-2 minutes
3-4 sets, depending on time
Then:
