500m Row, Ski, or Run +

250m Row, Ski or Run +
1 round of Cindy
Cindy = 5x Strict Pull-ups + 10x HR Push-ups + 15x Squats
Then:
Self-Care (i.e. foam rolling, stretching, etc.)

 

 

 

STRENGTH
1 rounds of Bulletproof Shoulder Series
Then:
4×10 Bench Press, climbing
Between each set do 10x DB Bent-Over Rows
Then:
10x Z-Press +
8-6-4-2 Strict Pull-Ups
Then:
10x BB Curls +
10x DB Pullovers from Bench
3-4 sets
Then:
Cool Down
