500m Row +
25x DB Snatches +
25x Box Jumps +
15x Whipsmash, etc.
Then:
Cool Down with 8′ Static Hold Circuit:
L-Sit +
KB Rack Hold @ 1/2 BW +
Handstand (i.e. Toes-n-Nose)
Then:
Actual Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Glute activation
Then:
10-1 Sumo Deadlift Strength Ladder
Between each set do 5/5 Bulgarian Split Squats
Then:
30x Slideboard Mountain Climbers +
30x Slideboard Hamstring Curls
2-3 sets, depending on time
Then:
