In teams of two, the goal is 2018 reps PER TEAM
Several teams will set out on a 250m Sled Drag (switch turns at halfway mark). Drag is worth 250pts.
While those teams are dragging the others are working through the following stations:
1. Burpees/Plate Hops, partition as you see fit
2. Assault Bike Calories (30s:30s)
3. Team choice: Ab-Mat Sit-ups or Double-Unders or KBS or Pull-ups (partition each as you see fit)
4. Wall Ball, partition as you see fit
5. Ski Erg Calories (20 pulls:20 pulls)

Immediately after two rounds teams can choose a 250m, 500m, or 750m run to get them to 2018 reps. The run must be completed in 1:00, 2:20, and 4:00 respectively to receive points.
