GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of 5 or 6…
40′ AMRAP Row
Rotate every 30s
During “rest” perform the following:
12x KB Deadlifts, AHAP +
9x KB Bent-Over Rows +
12x Split Jumps +
2x Push-ups (increase push-ups by 2 reps each round)
Record total distance (meters)

 

 

 

STRENGTH
3×5 Cuban Press
3×5 Push-ups
Then:
6×2 Bench Press, climbing
Between sets do 12x Alternating DB Rows
Then:
10x BB Z-Press +
10x Pull-ups
3 sets
Then:
30s High Plank +
30s Hollow Body Hold
3 sets
Then:
