Between each set 8x One-Arm DB Rows with NO bench or support (work on anti-rotation)
Then:
10x BB Bent-Over Rows +
10x One-Arm DB Push Press

Then:
Push-ups (Elite – 30 reps, Rx – 20 reps, Scaled – 10 reps) +
10x DB Bent-Over Reverse Flys
3 sets
Then:
