P1 60s Interval, any machine
P2 Work through circuit*
P3 Rest
*Circuit*
300x Wall Ball @ 20/14
200x DB Snatches @ 50/30
100x (Coach’s Choice): Burpee/Box Jumps or Burpee/Pull-ups or Body Blasters
Once the circuit is complete all players can dedicate themselves exclusively to the interval
Then:

STRENGTH
Glute activation
Then:
Using approx 50% of your best Back Squat
10s Max Back Squats +
10s Hold
Rest plenty
5 sets
Then:
10x Double DB Single-Leg Deadlifts (5/5) +
10x Reverse Lunges, same load
3 sets
Then:
5x(20-30s) L-Sit
Then:
