GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of 5, with only one teammate allowed per station, complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 40 minutes of:
1.) 300m/250m Row or Ski Erg
2.) DB Man-Makers @ 2×30/20 for the duration of Row/Ski
3.) Rope Climbs for the duration fo Row/Ski
4.) Wall Ball for the duration of Row/Ski
5.) Rest
Once Player one has completed the Row/Ski all players rotate.
Tally Man-Maker, Rope Climb, and Wall Ball reps.
Then:
Cool Down

3×8 DB Cuban Press
Then:
Strict Press
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Then:
10x Dips +
10x BB Bent-Over Rows
4 sets
Then:
