Row/Ski/Assault Bike the same amount of time it took you to run +
10 rounds of Cindy* (5x Strict Pull-ups + 10x Push-ups + 15x Squats)
*Scale it up with a vest if you wish
All for time
Total time – calories (seconds) on machine = score
Then:

STRENGTH
3×8 Cuban Press
Then:
8x Bench Press +
8x One-Arm DB Rows, each
4 sets
Then:
10x BB Shrugs, AHAP +
10x DB Push Press, AHAP
4 sets, across
Then:
10x DB French Press +
10x BB Reverse Curls (use EZ bar if straight bar bothers wrists)
3 sets
Then:
