GENERAL FITNESS
30s Work + 90s Rest
During “rest” perform the following:
1. 15x Wall Ball @ 20/14
2. 150m Jog
3. 5-7x Burpee/Pull-ups
15 rounds (30 minutes)
Then:
Against a 10-minute clock
Plank
Each drop = 5x Strict T2B
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

 

STRENGTH
Glute activation
Then:
4×8 Deadlifts, climbing to an 8RM
Then:
10x (5/5) Box Step-ups +
10x (5/5) Crossover Lunges
4 sets
Then:
20x KBS +
20x Jump Squats
3 sets
Then:
