10x Ab Mat Sit-ups (of 7x T2B) + 2-20 Split Jump Ladder

10x Ab Mat Sit-ups  + 2x Split Jumps
10x Ab Mat Sit-ups + 4x Split Jumps
10x Ab Mat-Sit ups + 6x Split Jumps , etc.
Then:
Cool Down

“Fat DB Mountain”
5-10-15-10-5
DB Cleans +
DB Front Squats +
DB Push Press/STO
Then:
Yoke, max effort for 100′; max effort for 30′
Rest plenty
Then:
100x Grip Roll-ups @ 45/35 to cool down
