1-10 Box Jump Ladder, stay light and crisp
Then:
Every 90s x 8 (12:00)
3x Strict Pull-ups +
6x Burpees +
9x KBS @ 70/53
Rest until 14 minute mark
Then:
10 rounds:
10x DB Strict Press, AHAP +
15x Ab Mat-Sit-ups
Run 400m after rounds 3 and 6 (to the movie theater dumpster and back)
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
In you two chosen lifts:
5×10 @ 70%

 

 

 

CROSSFIT
10 minutes to get as far as you can…
UB DB Snatches @ 50/30
10-20-30-40-50
Then:
Snatch – 15 minutes
10 reps @ 75/55
8 reps @ 95/65
6 reps @ 135/95
4 reps @ 155/105
2 reps @ 185/125
Then:
2 minutes on / 2 minutes off
1st 2:00 – 25m DB.KB Lunges + M.E. T2B
2nd 2:00 – 25m DB/KB Lunge + M.E. BMUs

Minutes 0-2: Lunge + T2B
Minutes 2-4: Rest
Minutes 4-6: Lunge + BMUs
Minutes 6-8: Rest
