P1 Work for approx. 1:00 minute on machine
P2 15x DB Push Press (30/20) during P1’s run
P3 Rest
Then:
“Cash out” with 120x Burpee/KB Hops
All for time, 40′ cap

80x Ab Mat Sit-ups
70x DB Floor Press (50/25)
60x Bent-Over Rows, same DBs
50x Hanging Knee Raises
40x Strict Push-ups
30x Ring Rows
20x Reverse Hypers on GHD
10x Seated DB External Rotation, each side
If there’s time…
