10x Heavy Goblet Squats + 5m-10m-15m Shuttle (no KB)
Rest while partner goes.
4 rounds each
Still sort of “warming up”
Then:
With an empty BB @45/35 (use DBs if BB is too heavy)
10x Biceps Curls +
10x Bent-Over Row +
10x Strict Press +
1-6x Strict Pull-ups
Then:
“Finisher”
5x One-Arm Push Press + 15m OH Carry, same arm, switch
5′ AMRAP
Rest a bit
Then:
5x One-Arm KB Deadlift + 15m One-Arm Farmer’s Carry, switch
5′ AMRAP
Then:

Glute activation
Then:
Work up to max for day 60′ Yoke Carry (traditional), 15-20′
Then:
5×5 Anderson Squats with Yoke (reset each rep)
Then:
15-20x Cyclical DB Strict Presses + 100′ Reverse Sled Pull – speed emphasis
