Then:
25x BB Grip R0ll-ups @ 45/35 +
10-15x Fingertip Push-ups

Various KB Carries, switch arms @ 100′
One-Arm Farmers @ 70/53
One-Arm Overhead @ 35/25
Awkward Carry (Heavy bell in farmers, light bell overhead)
One-Arm Bottoms-up Carry (light bell)
Cradle Carry (heavy bell)
2 rounds to “warm-up”
Then:
3:00 each stations for max reps. Rest 1:00 between stations
1. Prowler Sprints @ 2×45/2×25
2. Axle Shoulder to Overhead
3. Stone Lifts
4. Fat-Grip Pull-ups
