Glute activation
Work up to an 8RM Deadlift
Then, with that load…
Accumulate 5-minutes in L-Sit
Each drop do 5x Deadlifts
20′ Cap
Then:
20-15-10-5
KBS + Strict T2B
Then:
10x SL Glute Bridges +
10x Supermans
2-3 sets, time permitting
Then:
