DB Squat Clean + Strict Press/Push Press
Then:
20x DB Floor Press, AHAP +
1:00 UB Wall Sit
4 sets
Then:
3×20 Reverse Snow Angels, add weight if possible
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRONGMAN
In teams of two…
500m Sled Pull, switch as needed
Then:
Player Choice:
Option 1: 60′ of 3x Axle Deadlifts + 3x Steps holding bar
OR
Option 2: 60′ of 3x Axle Push Press + 3x Steps holding bar OH
4 sets, climbing
Then:
25x BB Grip Roll-ups +
16x Plater Pinch Step-ups +
30s L-Hang from Pull-up Bar
3-4 sets, time permitting
Then:
