2x (1-6) Partner KB Step-up Ladder @ 20/17″
Kettlebells MUST be held in rack position while other player works
One step = 1 rep
Rest a few minutes between sets
Then:
EMOM x 30
1. 0.10 Mile Run on Trueform
2. 15x DB Push Press (try staying flat footed)
3.  20x 2-ct Mountain Climbers
4. 15/12 Calorie Row or 12/10 Calorie Ski
5. Rest
6 rounds (30 minutes)
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
In your two chosen lifts:
5×5 @ 60%

 

 

CROSSFIT
Ring Muscle-ups:
Elite – 3×5 Ring Taps, then 5×3 RMU (perfect technique)
Rx – 3×5 Ring Taps, then 5x (1-2) RMU
Amateur – 3 rounds of 5x Taps + 3x Transition Drills on low rings + 1 attempt on high rings
Then:
Snatch Warm-up @ 45/35
Then:
Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + OHS + Full Snatch (15′ climbing)
Then:
EMOM x 15
1. 50x DUBs
2. 12x T2B
3. 12x HSPUs
Then:
