Then:
KB Mountain

KBS (53/35) +
Goblet Squat +
HR Push-up
Then:
Aerobic Mountain 
P1 runs 150m, P2 holds KB in Goblet position, switch
P1 runs 250m, P2 holds KB in Goblet position, switch
60x TEAM Burpee/Lateral DB Hops +
P1 runs 150m, P2 holds KB in Goblet position
40′ Cap
Then:
Cool Down

 

 

STRENGTH
3 rounds:
5x Cuban Press +
5x DB Bent-Over Rev Flyes
Then:
50-40-30-20-10 Strict Press
Begin with empty BB for 50 reps and increase as you see fit as reps decline
Then:
EZ Bar Curl Drop Sets (3 drops)
Between sets do M.E. Clapping Push-ups
3 sets
Then:
