GENERAL FITNESS
In teams of two…
30-1 KBS + 1-30 Push Press* Ladder
P1 does 30x KBS (53/35) + 1x Push Press (30/20)
P2 does 29x KBS + 2x Push Press
P1 does 28x KBS + 3x Push Press
P2 does 27x KBS + 4x Push Press, etc.
Every 5:00 do 20/15 calories (any machine) or 250m run
*Scale up to BB Push Press (95/65)

 

 

STRENGTH
Glute activation
Then:
Work up to a 5RM Double Overhead Axle Deadlift
Then, with that weight…
4×5 Double Overhand Axle Deadlifts + Max reps Mixed Grip (stop at 15 total reps)
Then:
10x Double KBS +
10x Double Front Rack Rev, Lunges +
10x Double KBS
3 sets, rest plenty between sets
Then:
Accumulate 3:00 pinching a plate in each hand, AHAP
Every drop = 15x Sit-ups
Then:
Cool Down
