*Scaled Option 1: 12x DB Deadlifts + 9x DB HPC + 6x STO
*Scaled Option 2: 12x KBS + 9x Goblet Squats + 6x Strict Push-ups
Then:

10x Banded Rows + 5x Push-ups

Then:
6x Bench Press, climbing +
8x Bi-Lateral DB Bent-Over Rows (to chest)
5 sets
Rest as needed
Then:
10x One-Arm Ring Rows +
15x Plate Floor Press
4 sets
Then:
Tabata Overhead Hold with DBs
8x (20s OH Hold + 10s “rest” with DB on shoulders)
Then:
